Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 25/04/2018 The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for grant of second time bound increment/pay scale payable to the petitioner since 01.04.2006.

The claim of the petitioner initially stood rejected vide order dated 03.01.2012 Annexure P-1. However, the respondents vide order dated 02.04.2012 Annexure R-1 has shown that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed subsequent to the filing of the writ petition in as much as

the petitioner has been granted the benefit of second time bound pay scale w.e.f. 01.04.2006 itself.

In view of the fact that the substantive relief of the petitioner stands redressed vide Annexure R-1 dated 02.04.2012, the present writ petition as such has rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
