This set of appeals arise from a common order dated 22.9.2015 allowing Writ Petition (S) No. 785 of 2015 and analogous writ petitions. 2.

Separate Interlocutory Applications have been filed to condone delay of 45 days in preferring the appeals. The Respondents have suo motu entered appearance in all the writ appeals except in Writ Appeal No. 699 of 2015.

After some arguments, Learned Additional Advocate General prays for leave to withdraw the appeals for filing review applications before the Learned Single Judge with reference to pleading of facts in the counter affidavit which according to him have not been adequately taken into consideration. 4.

The appeals are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. This cannot be construed as any opinion or observation by us with regard to the merits of such review application which remains entirely in domain and jurisdiction of the Learned Single Judge alone. 5.

In the nature of the order, no prejudice shall be caused to the Respondent in Writ Appeal No.699 of 2015 if for reasons explained and after considering the contentions and counter contentions on behalf of the State and appearing Respondents, and the duration, delay is condoned. The interlocutory applications are allowed.
