1. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is as follows:- "10.1]That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus quashing the impugned order dated 21.02.2012 (Annexure P/1) as illegal, bad and perverse."

2. The issue involved in the instant case already came up for consideration before this High Court in WPS No. 1034/2012 (Dilip Kumar Kaushik & Ors. v. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors) and other analogous petitions.

3. Perusal of the record would show that the said writ petitions have already been dismissed on 16.01.2013.

4. In view of the fact that an identical matter having already rejected by this Court, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present writ petition also in similar terms.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition also stands dismissed in similar terms.
