1. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in this petition is squarely covered by order dated 22.03.2017 passed in WPS No.5558 of 2016 (Manish Sharma Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) and batch of matters is not disputed by learned State counsel. In fact, the petitioners who had earlier approached this Court, were also named in the same impugned order in which, the name of the petitioner is mentioned in Annexure P/1.
2. In that view of the matter, the impugned order in relation to the petitioner is found unsustainable in the eye of law and is set aside reserving liberty to the respondents to initiate appropriate proceedings against the petitioner in accordance with law if he feels so, in terms of order passed in WPS No.5558 of 2016.
3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
