The instant M.C.C. is against the order dated 17-12-2015 passed in Writ Petition (PIL) No.76 of 2014 (Indian Medical Association and another Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) whereby and whereunder this Court dismissed the Writ Petition (PIL) for want of prosecution as no one represented the petitioners when the case was called up for hearing.
