(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to give up the prayer so far as relates to clause 10.1 is concerned.
(2) Prayer is fair & reasonable.
(3) Accordingly, the petitioner is allowed to give up prayer contained in clause 10.1 of the petition.
(4) Learned State Counsel, on instructions, would submit that State would not insist the condition of live Registration Certificate in light of Full Bench Decision of this Court rendered in W.A. No.411 of 2014 (State of Chhattisgarh & another Vs. Roshni Sahu) decided on 21.10.2016.
(5) Mr. Vikash Sheel, Principal Secretary, G.A.D. submits that necessary instructions in compliance of the order of Full Bench of this Court will be issued within reasonable time.
(6) In light of aforesaid discussion, the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent No. 2 - Collector on 13th December, 2016 with all his documents except Live Registration Certificate, and in turn, the Collector shall take decision on the case of the petitioner in accordance with law.
(7) With the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
(8) Presence of Mr. Vikash Sheel, Principal Secretary, GAD is dispensed with.
