Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the office order dated 26/02/2020 the petitioner was posted from Range, Durgukondal to Range Bhanupratapur and accordingly he was relieved on 3/03/2020 and thereafter had joined the posting place at Bhanupratappur on 3/03/2020. It is contended that thereafter respondent No.3 Jagbir Singh Shori who was posted in place where the petitioner has been posted has not given charge to the petitioner despite there has been direction given by the higher ups.

The subject issue as appears is inter-se office administration. Therefore if there is certain orders have been passed by the higher ups, it is for the higher authority to see that compliance has been done or not. The petitioner as prayed may make an application to the respondents No.2 and 4 who will take a decision on such application of the petitioner.
The petitioner shall be at liberty to make such application within a period of two weeks and the respondents No.2 & 4 shall decide the same within a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It goes without saying it is for the higher ups that orders are followed by the subordinate.
