1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order passed by this Court on 19.11.2018 in WPS No. 7568 of 2018.

2. Shri C. Jayant K. Rao, Advocate appearing for the Respondents submits that the respondents have since released the compliance of 50 percent of gratuity to the tune of Rs. 1,76,532/- vide Cheque dated 03.08.2019.

3. The counsel for the applicant at this juncture submits that the only dispute now is the arrears of the pension which petitioner is entitled for.

-24. Given the fact that, the respondents have released the cheque to the applicant by way of 50 percent of gratuity payable to the petitioner/applicant the substantial compliance, so far as the direction given by this Court stands complied with. However, so far as the release of the arrears, pension etc is concerned, let the applicant/petitioner make a representation to the Respondent No. 1 and 2,who in turn shall take necessary steps for taking appropriate decision, so far as the arrears of pension that is payable to the applicant/petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed off.
