1. Mr. Jeet Patel, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. However, he submits that present applicant is a government servant, therefore, a direction to the Court below concerned be issued to consider regular bail on the same day if filed by the applicant after his surrender.

2. Mr. Roshan Dubey, learned State Counsel submits that he is not having any objection.

3. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. If the applicant surrenders before the Court below concerned and files an application for grant of regular bail, the Court below concerned may try to decide the same in accordance with law on the same day on which it is filed.
