1. Though it is alleged by the petitioner that the respondent, after getting bail by this Court on 10.11.2017, is threatening the complainant to withdraw the complaint, this Court does not find that there is any specific detail of the date and time on which respondent No.2 came to the house of the complainant at Mahasamund. In complaint dated 7.2.2018 (Annexure P-2), no specific date has been mentioned.

2. The State was also required to submit its reply. In the reply of the State, it has been stated that on complaint dated 7.2.2018, the police made an enquiry and the statements of number of persons were recorded and it was found that the respondent No.2 is residing at Raipur doing a private job and the complaint of

-2threat is not prima facie made out. Respondent No.2 has also filed an affidavit of himself and another person.

3. Having considered the material on record, I am not satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case for cancellation of bail.

4. Respondent No.2 shall not make any endeavour to either contact or to visit the petitioner at Mahasamund.
