After arguing for sometimes, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application and also seeks issuance of direction to expedite the trial against the applicant.

In view of the above, this M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

The concerned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months from the date, this order is passed. In case the trial is not concluded within three months from the date of passing of this order, the applicant shall have liberty to file repeat bail application.
