After hearing at length, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that plea of jurisdiction of the Court has already been raised by the applicant before the trial Court in her written statement, but issue has not been framed. He would further submit that the trial Court be directed to frame the issue in this regard.

If issue with regard to plea about jurisdiction of the Court based on Section 14 of the Madhya Pradesh Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon Ke Krishi Bhumi-Dharakon Ka Udhar Dene Walon Ke Bhumi Hadapane Sambandhi Kuchakron Se Paritran Tatha Mukti Adhiniyam, 1976 has not been framed, it be framed and thereafter it be decided along with other issues as soon as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
