1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful noncompliance on the part of the respondent to the order passed by this Court on 18.07.2017, passed in WPC No. 1816/2017.

2. A perusal of the documents filed along with the contempt petition reveals that the petitioner has not made any communication to the proposed contemnor i.e. the Collector, District Mahasamund in respect of his claim. All the correspondences have been made by the Labour Officer, District Mahasamund.

3. Be that as it may the present contempt petition stands disposed of with a liberty to approach to the Collector as well, along with the Labour Officer, District Mahasamund and appraising him of the order passed by this Court and also for considering his claim as has been suggested by this Court in its order dated 18.07.2017.

4. In the event, if the petitioner moves an appropriate application bringing the order of this Court and the claim of the petitioner to the notice of the Collector, it is expected that an appropriate decision shall be taken at the earliest.
