Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 04/10/2017 The petitioner has filed this petition because he has been transferred by impugned order passed on 14/08/2017 during the pendency of his application for grant of study leave which ultimately has been sanctioned by another order dated 16/08/2017 passed by the Directorate, Agriculture. 2.

It appears that the petitioner's application for study leave has been sanctioned on 16/08/2017 and he has also been relieved on 21/08/2017. Therefore, in that situation, it is no longer necessary for the petitioner to join at the place where he has been transferred on 14/08/2017.

Let necessary corrective orders be passed by the State in the matter.

Till the next date of hearing, order dated 14/08/2017, in relation to the petitioner, shall not be given effect to.
