Civil Services (Classification & Control) Appeal Rules, 1966 and, therefore, he may be permitted to prefer appeal before the Collector, Balrampur and the same may be directed to decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers appeal before the
Collector, Balrampur for redressal of his grievances, the same is expected to be decided by the Collector, Balrampur within a period of 30 days from the date of presentation of appeal in accordance with law on its own merits after hearing the petitioner. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
