1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that CRMP No.182 of 2015 has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 31.7.2017 on account of non-appearance of the petitioner or his counsel. It is submitted that the previous counsel engaged by the petitioner is not appear before the Court when the case was called, for which the petitioner himself did not responsible.

2. On due consideration of the reasons mentioned in the petition, the same is allowed. CRMP No.182 of 2015 dismissed for want of prosecution on 31.07.2017 is hereby restored to its original number. Sd/- (Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant) JUDGE Nisha
