1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has been allowed to join as Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Bemetara, but he has not been paid salary for the period from 12-8-2013 to 16-02-2014 despite having

W.P.(S)No.2409/2014 made several representations to respondents No.1 and 3 which are pending consideration.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner shall make fresh representation for redressal of the said grievance/payment of salary to the Zila Panchayat, Durg and the said Zila Panchayat would do well to decide the same within four months from the date of receipt of the representation, in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not made any order on merits.

3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
