This contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of Court order dated 29/10/2015 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 2429/2015.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to grant one more

opportunity to respondent/contemnor to comply the order dated 29/10/2015.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make additional representation before the respondent/ contemnor within a period of 10 days from today and on such representation being made, the respondent/ contemnor shall decide the same in accordance with law as directed by this Court in order dated 29/10/2015. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the contempt petition stands finally disposed of.
