1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Regional Transport Officer, Bastar at Jagdalpur has passed an order on 27.08.2016 granting Regular Stage Carriage Permit to the petitioner from Sukma to Raipur via Jagdalpur, Kondagaon, Farasgaon, Keshkal, Kanker & Dhamtari, however, permit has not been issued and thereafter the petitioner was informed on 30.09.2016 for submitting valid documents concerning the vehicle for preparation of the permit. Petitioner has complied with all the necessary requirements, yet the permit has not been issued for more than 1 & 1⁄2 months.

2. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the RTO, Bastar at Jagdalpur to issue permit to the petitioner if he has complied all the requirements in terms of RTO's letter dated 30.09.2016.
