Agrawal Order On Board 15/11/2016 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has worked as Teacher on an honorarium basis in the Teehupara Primary School, Simga, respondent No. 8 herein but the honorarium for the period from

1.4.2003 to 2005 has not been paid to him as there is dispute between respondents No. 7 & 8 as to who shall pay his honorarium. (2) Be that as it may, respondent No. 5- District Education Officer, Baloda Bazar is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass reason order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order on its own merit in accordance with law. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
