These matters are heard through video conferencing. 2.

Since both the cases arise out of same crime number, therefore, they are being decided by this common order.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respective Applicants wants to withdraw these bail application. However, they submit that a direction may be given to the trial Court that in the event of surrender of the Applicants before the said Court and filing of regular bail applications

on their behalf, the said Court shall decide the bail applications on the date of its filing.

Accordingly, the bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Trial Court is directed that in the event of surrender of the Applicants and filing of regular bail applications on their behalf, the trial Court will decide the said bail application as early as possible, preferably on the date of its filing.
