Agrawal Order On Board 23/11/2016 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that against the order of termination, the petitioner has remedy to file appeal before the competent authority/appellate authority.
(2) In view of above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to prefer appeal before the competent authority/appellate authority and same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefer appeal before the competent authority/appellate authority for redressal of his grievances within 15 days from today, it is expected to be decided by the authority concerned within a period of three months from the date of presentation of appeal after noticing both the parties.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
