1. The petitioner has filed this petition on the apprehension that as in the office of Block Education Officer, Gurur, District Balod (CG), a list has been prepared which includes the name of the petitioner also against whom recovery is proposed.

2. On the apprehension that this would follow a notice of recovery, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. At present, no notice of recovery has been issued against the petitioner. Therefore, the petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner if the order of recovery is passed, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive this petition.
