The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following reliefs : "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ quashing the impugned order dated 03.06.2020 (Annexure P-1) issued by the respondent No.2 so far as award of contract to respondent No.4 and Pt. J.N.M. Medical College &

Associated Dr. B.R.A.M. Memorial Hospital Raipur is concerned.

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a direction to the respondents to award the contract to the petitioner at Pt. J.N.M. Medical College & Associated Dr. B.R.A.M. Memorial Hospital Raipur.

10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records pertaining to award of tender to the respondent No.4 and issuance of order dated 03.06.2020 so far as its relates to Pt. J.N.M. Medical College & Associated Dr. B.R.AS.M. Memorial Hospital Raipur."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is not desirous to proceed with the matter any further and may be permitted to withdraw this petition. 3.
