1. The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for

-2compliance of the directive given by this Court in WPC No. 2325 of 2018 on 03.03.2020.

2. The claim of the petitioner in the original writ petition was for a direction to the respondents to consider releasing of the undisputed outstanding amount against the work, which was executed by the petitioner. The applicant herein (Respondent No. 7) in the original writ petition has now moved an application for extension of time and the reason for extension of time was non-compliance of the directive within the stipulated period due to the nation wide lockdown on account of the Corona-Virus pandemic.

3. The reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet, if the application for extension of time is allowed and the applicant is granted further period of sixty days for compliance of the directive given by this Court on 03.03.2020 passed in WPC No. 2325 of 2018.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.
