1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.44/2019 registered in Police Station: Khamtari, District Raipur for offence under Section 304-B of the IPC.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed on merits by a detailed order.

3. There is allegation of demand of dowry and transfer of Rs.10,000/- each on two occasions in the account of the deceased.

4. Considering the evidence as also for the fact that the trial is at the fag
