1. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made repeated representations with the respondents for regularizing his services under the respondents.

2. Given the facts that the claim of the petitioner is still pending for consideration before the authorities concerned and further contention of the petitioner is that similarly placed persons have already been granted the benefit of regularization, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the

respondents are directed to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner for regularization keeping in view the orders passed in the case of similarly placed persons.

3. Let the representations of the petitioner be decided within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this Order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
