1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of posting dated 12.07.2012, whereby the services of the petitioner was attached from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Sendrimuda, Block Kunkuri to Govt. High School, Shaila, Block Manora.

2. The petitioner has been granted an interim protection by this Court on 29.10.2012, by virtue of which the petitioner continued at her original place of posting at Sendrimuda.

3. Given the facts that the matter is pending consideration for last six years before this Court, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present case. The respondents shall not act upon the impugned

order so far as the petitioner is concerned with liberty to the respondents to pass a fresh order altogether if the administrative exigency so requires.
