Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 8 / 11 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that petitioner's case was considered and he was found unfit for promotion therefore his case for promotion was rejected whereas 26 persons were found suitable for promotion and they were granted promotion on the post of Professors. (2) In view of above, the contempt petition is closed. Rules issued is discharge. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge his non-promotion on the post of Professor in accordance with law.
