The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 361/2015 registered in Police Station Telibandha, Dist: Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 307 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case on 10/10/2015 the complainant when went to the house of his brother-in-law Dinesh and was talking to few people, at that time applicant Anil who is related to him came and attacked him with knife and injury was caused on the lower abdomen, left thigh, left knee and after causing injury he fled away from the scene.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and applicant had went to the house of complainant to settle monetary transaction. He further submits that charge sheet has been filed, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail.

Taking into account nature of the offence, the way it has been committed, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicant to revive the same after examination of the victim.
