The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that Writ Petition (S) No. 1746 of 2021 was disposed off by this Court alongwith other connected matters. On going through the order dated 17.05.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 1746 of 2021, it was

revealed that due to mistake, the Petitioner itself has mentioned his name as 'Kamlesh Singh'. However, from the document annexed in the writ petition, it is mentioned as 'Kamesh Singh'. Thus, the same needs to be corrected accordingly.

It is ordered that the name of the Petitioner 'Kamlesh Singh' mentioned in the order dated 17.05.2021 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 1746 of 2021, be read as 'Kamesh Singh'.

Accordingly, this MCC stands allowed.
