1. This is the Third Bail Application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

2. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.628/2012, registered in Police Station Purani Bhilai, Civil & Rev. Distt. Durg for offence under Sections 366, 376 & 323 of IPC.

3. The first bail application was dismissed on 9-7-13 and the second bail application, which was filed after examination of the prosecutrix has also been dismissed on 20-1-14.
