With the consent of the parties, the matter has been heard finally. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner confines his argument to the claim so far as unpaid salary is concerned. Counsel for the petitioner referring to AnnexureP/10 dated 25.08.2012 submits that the petitioner has been relieved from service from a back date i.e. 05.06.2012 whereas the petitioner in fact has discharged his duty upto 25.08.2012. For the period she had worked with the respondents she had not been paid her salary and for which an

appropriate direction in this regard be issued. 3.

State counsel has no objection in case the petition is disposed subject to verification whether the petitioner has in fact discharged the duty during the said period or not.

Given the said submissions, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to verify the records and ensure whether the petitioner has in fact physically discharged his duties between June, 2012 to August, 2012 and in case, it is found that she has worked with the department for the said period then there is no reason why she should be denied her wages. Thereafter, necessary steps be taken for the release of unpaid salary for the said period. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 90 days.

The writ petition thus stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation.
