Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 31.10.2017 Heard.

1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order of compulsory retirement, the petitioner has filed a representation and with this statement on record of the petitioner was not such as to warrant his compulsory retirement under Rule 42 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1976.

2. Considering that the petitioner intends to seek consideration of his representation, this petition at this stage is disposed off with the direction to the State Government to consider and decide his representation on its own merit and in accordance with the law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not commented upon the merits of the case.
