The present application under Section 482 of CrPC has been filed seeking recall of the order dated 15.2.2017 passed by this Court rejecting the Criminal Revision No. 188/2017.

This Court on 15.2.2017 had dismissed the Criminal Revision No. 188/2017 preferred by the present Applicant assailing the order dated 23.1.2017 passed in M.J.C. No. 452/2007 whereby the learned Family Court, Janjgir had on an application under Section 127 of CrPC enhanced the maintenance amount from Rs.1000/- to Rs.3000/-. 3.

The only ground seeking for recalling of the order dated 15.2.2017 is that the order needs reconsideration on the aspect of the enhancement order being allowed by the learned Family Court from the date of application, on the ground that the Applicant was not solely responsible for the delay in the conclusion of the proceeding under Section 127 of CrPC. 4.

This Court after perusal of record and the materials brought before this Court does not find any strong case made out by the Applicant calling for an interference with the order dated 15.2.2017 passed by this Court in

-2Criminal Revision No. 188/2017 recall of which is sought for. According to this Court, it is reasoned order dealing with the said issue also. 5.

The present Cr.M.P. thus being devoid of merits deserves to be and the same is accordingly dismissed.
