(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 06.09.2013 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.3 is appealable before the Additional Director, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)-appellate authority for redressal of his grievances. He further submits that the petitioner

may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the said appellate authority. (4) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

(5) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. If the petitioner makes an appeal within a period of 30 days from today, the same would be decided by the said appellate authority within a further period of three months from the date of its receipt in accordance with law.
