1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.221/2019 registered in Police Station: Jai Nagar, Tehsil Surajpur District Surajpur for offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the IPC.

2. The applicant and co-accused Sanjay Sahu and Fabiyola Ekka have induced the complainant to pay Rs.3.5 lakhs each for arranging employment as Assistant Grade-III in the Collectorate, Ambikapur.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the main allegation is against Sanjay Sahu and Fabiyola Ekka, who have already been released on bail under Section 167 (2) CrPC. He would also submit that

MCRC No. 3809 of 2021 the present applicant is in jail since 8.4.2021.

4. Considering that the offences are triable by the JMFC, charge sheet has already been filed and the applicant is in jail since 8.4.2021 i.e. for more than 3 months, I am inclined to release him on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
