1. The default pointed out by the Registry as of now stands ignored.

2. With the consent of the parties the matter is heard finally and disposed of.

3. The grievance of the petitioners seems to be the selection process which the respondents are undertaking for appointment to the eight posts of reporters for which the advertisement were issued and the petitioners also were the applicants.

4. Perusal of the records would show that the petitioners have not raised any objection or representation against the recruitment process being allegedly contrary to the procedure prescribed in the advertisement as also in the recruitment Rules.

-25. Reserving the right of the petitioner to first approach the respondents in-respect of their grievance and thereafter if grievances still survive to approach this Court.

6. Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. In the event, the petitioner files an objection/ representation, the respondents are expected to take a decision in accordance with law at the earliest.
