Advertisement for the post of Trainer was issued on 28/02/2015 for a period of one year i.e. 15/03/2015 to

14/03/2016 and that period has already been expired, as such, this writ petition has become infructuous. 2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, petitioner is free to proceed in accordance with law if new advertisement is issued.
