After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the application. However, he prays that a direction may be issued for expediting the trial.

In view of the above submission, Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and decide the matter as early as possible preferably within six months. If trial is not concluded within six months, liberty is granted to revive the same.

Accordingly, the bail petition stands disposed off at the admission stage itself.
