The present is the third application filed under Section 439 of CrPC seeking grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail in connection with Crime No. 310/2016, registered at Police Station- Bilaigarh, District BalodabazarBhatapara, for the offence under Sections 420, 201 of IPC. 2.

The first and the second bail application stood dismissed as withdrawn on 12.6.2017 and 17.7.2017 respectively. 3.

Considering the fact that the present application has been filed within a short span of time of just about three months, this Court does not find any change in circumstances except for the passage of three months' time.
