By order dated 1.7.2016, the Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur directed the Collector to consider the case of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Collector has not considered the order of the Additional Commissioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Raigarh is directed to consider the case of the petitioner as per direction issued by the Additional Commissioner dated 1.7.2016 in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the parties.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs(s).
