Heard on I.A. No.1, which is an application for condonation of delay. For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, I.A. No.1 is allowed and delay of 20 days in filing the application stands condoned.

Present MCC is filed seeking for restoration of MAC No. 995/2017, which got dismissed by virtue of peremptory order passed by this Court on 21.07.2017.

For the reason assigned in the said application and finding them to be satisfactory, the instant MCC is allowed. The MAC No. 995/2017 stands restored to its original number subject to the appellant paying

-2a cost of Rs.1500/- to the High Court Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society, Bilaspur within a period of 7 days from today. 4.

MAC No. 995/2017 also stands restored to its original number subject to the payment of cost and the condition that the default, if not removed, should be removed within a further period of 7 days from today.

Accordingly, the instant MCC stands allowed.
