(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the application in terms of Clause 9.4.0 of the National Coal Wage Agreement-VI for dependent employment in favour of the petitioner's son namely Deepak Kumar is pending consideration before the Respondent-
SECL and therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the same expeditiously. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner' case shall be considered in accordance with law within a period of two months from today.
(4) Be that as it may, Respondents No.1 to 4 are directed to consider and decide on the pending application filed by the petitioner in accordance with Clause 9.4.0. of National Coal Wage Agreement-VI within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
