The petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 03-10-2017 passed by this Court in WPS No. 2948/17.

A direction was given to the Commissioner, Directorate of Higher Education to decide the petitioner's claim. There is nothing on record to show that the copy of the order of this Court was served upon the Commissioner. 4.

Therefore, the contempt petition is misconceived in law and dismissed.
