1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though petitioner has been regularized by order dated 08/10/2010 with effect from 22/09/2010, however, he is entitled for annual increment for adhoc period and regular pay scale from initial

date of appointment i.e. 06/04/1989 for which he has made representation but it has not been considered and decided by respondent No. 3.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No. 3/competent authority is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation within three weeks from today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
