Learned counsel for the State would submit that against the order of removal inflicted by Sub Divisional

Officer (Revenue), the appeal is maintainable before the Collector of the District.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the Collector.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to file appeal before the appellate authority within a period of 30 days from today, who in turn shall consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of presentation of the appeal.
