1. This is the fourth bail application of the applicant who is arrested in connection with Crime No.5 of 2015 registered by Economic Offences Investigation Bureau, Raipur, Camp-Bilaspur (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 109, 120-B IPC and Sections 13 (2) & 13 (1) (e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
2. This application has been preferred by the applicant on the submission that the period of detention of the applicant is more than 2 & 1⁄2 years and trial has not been concluded. It is also submitted that relevant documents have been supplied to the applicant as late as in the month of October 2017, therefore, in these changed circumstances, the applicant may be granted bail.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has opposed the bail application.
4. The application for grant of bail has been rejected earlier by this Court, against which, SLP has been filed before the Supreme Court, which was also dismissed
-2without giving any liberty, therefore, in these circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain this bail application.
5. The application is therefore rejected.
