(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner preferred an appeal under Section 30 of the Certified Standing Order against the order of termination before respondent No.2 i.e. Chairman-cum-Managing Director, SECL, Bilaspur, which has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore,
direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same, expeditiously.
(3) In view of above, Respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to consider and dispose of the appeal and to comply with the provision contained in Section 30 of the Certified Standing Order regarding disposal of appeal and conclude it expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
