The petitioners have prayed for quashment of FIR No.83/2013 registered by Police Station, Sirgitti, Bilaspur, the respondent No.5. 3.

Learned State counsel would submit that during pendency of the writ petition, the charge sheet has already been filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

In view of the above, since investigation is already complete and the charge sheet has already been filed, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the petitioners may raise the arguments before the trial Court at the time of framing of charge.
